As an Insurance Account Representative for Mike Trujillo Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Must have Life & Health Insurance License (or in process of obtaining)
- Must have at least 3 years' consistent experience in the Insurance Industry
- State Farm experience preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Punctual & Reliable
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Dedicated to customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
